Nishant is a Chartered Accountant specializing in private equity transaction, corporate-laws, taxation, including the formation of special purpose vehicles, private and public companies corporate restructuring and initial public offering advisory.

He advises the firm on issues relating to corporate laws, taxation, and finance. Nishant Mehta earned a Chartered Accountancy Degree in the year 1999 from ICAI. He went on to obtain his L.L.B in May 2002 from Government Law College, Mumbai upon graduation, he completed his Master in Law from University of Mumbai and Master in Finance (MBA) from the Welingkar Institute of Management & Research in the year 2008.
